Before and after breast reduction and liposuction in a 47 year old woman. She wanted to be able to exercise without discomfort and to fit in the same size top and bottom in swim suits and business attire.
A breast reduction reduced her breasts by two cup sizes, and more importantly lifted them to a more youthful position. Liposuction of the axillary rolls and back fat/bra roll region complimented the breast procedure. Unwanted fat was also suctioned in her cleavage area, between and under her breasts.
Follow up photos are shown four months after surgery. Her sensation is returning and her scars are starting to mature. It is normal for scars to be raised, pink, itchy and/or very visible at this point after any Plastic Surgery procedure. With time they will fade and flatten on their own, and scar therapy can help speed that up!
For the first time since her twenties, she feels that her breasts are proportional and nicer than they ever were before! Her residual firm swelling called edema will continue to resolve gradually over time, for an even nicer result.
