Before and after bilateral breast revision in a 41 year old woman. She had previous saline breast implants that were contracted and causing her breast tissue to “fall off” the implants, creating the “Snoopy” nose or “waterfall” deformity.
Her goal was to be slightly fuller and to have her nipples and areolas lifted. Her breast revision involved removal of the old saline breast implants and replacing them with larger smooth round silicone gel implants.
Her nipples and areolas were lifted in a mastopexy. Liposuction of the axillary rolls (armpit fat) completed the procedure.
Follow up photos are shown 9 months after surgery. She has achieved her goals: fuller and perkier breasts!
