Before and after mastopexy and breast augmentation in a 30 year old mother of three. Her breasts, which were always her best feature, had deflated and sagged with worsening after each pregnancy. She wanted to be “filled back up and lifted” – which is exactly what a mastopexy and augmentation does!
Smooth, round silicone gel breast implants were placed in the subglandular position, on top of the muscle. A lift raised the position of her nipples and areolas and tucked her loose baggy breast skin upwards.
Follow up photos are shown three months after surgery. Her incisions are pink, as expected. She has achieved her goals and she no longer needs to wear a bra to get the look she wants – she has it already!
