Before and after breast revision of a breast reconstruction in a 51 year old woman. She had completed radiation therapy after mastectomy and implant reconstruction on the right side. Her right breast implant had contracted after an infection.
Her right implant was changed for a smooth round silicone gel prosthesis and a capsulectomy opened up the implant space to achieve symmetry with the other side. Her left breast was lifted to achieve the very best symmetry.
Follow up photos are shown six months after surgery. She has much better symmetry and is now able to get on with her life!
