Before and after armpit fat liposuction. She had a full “A cup” in her armpits, with one side worse than the other. She wanted to be able to wear tank tops and be less self-conscious about her armpits.
Liposuction of the axillary rolls permanently removed fat from this area through two tiny incisions hidden in armpit skin creases. Once this fat is gone, it is gone forever.
Follow up is shown at one month after surgery. Her armpit fat has vanished!
