Before and after liposuction of the axillary rolls in a 64 year old woman. Her right armpit fat was accentuated by a mastectomy and she was hesitant to wear tank tops because of this fat that would peek out of her tops.
Liposuction of the right axillary roll was performed together with a breast revision. At that time, a small amount of fat was permanently removed using liposuction as part of her reconstruction revision.
Follow up photos are shown three months after surgery. Her armpits are much more symmetric, and she is wearing tanks and sun dresses this year for the first time in 15 years!
