Before and after labiaplasty in a 31 year old woman. Her excess labia minora (inner lips of the vagina) protruded out of the outer lips when she walked, exercised or wore yoga pants. She wanted a conservative result and not to feel as much physical discomfort.
A labiaplasty trimmed the redundant tissue, allowing the outer labias (labia majora) to lie closed when she stood upright.
Follow up photos are shown one month after surgery.
