Before and after a small breast reduction and major lift n a 44 year old woman. Her breasts had always been heavy and relatively large for her small frame, but after having children the nipples pointed to the floor!
She wasn’t looking to look like she had a “boob job”; she instead wanted relief from the pressure her breasts put on her shoulder and to look more youthful but still look natural. An implant was not needed nor appropriate for this patient.
A breast lift rearranged her breast tissue so that the majority of it lay above the fold of the breast. A small amount of breast tissue was removed to slightly decrease her breast size. Follow up photos are shown nine months after surgery.
