Before and after breast augmentation in a 37 year old woman. She had a nice breast shape, but always wore padded bras to help her feel in better proportional to the rest of her body. She wanted to have the look as if she was wearing her bra – just not wearing a bra!
Smooth round silicone gel breast implants were placed in the subglandular position via an incision hidden in her breast fold. She took a week of work and never took a pain pill!
Follow up photos are shown six months after surgery. At three months postoperatively, the implants felt like they were part of her body. She feels normal and natural, and empowered.
