Before and after liposuction of the axillary rolls in a 33 year old woman. She was planning a breast augmentation and wanted to treat this stubborn area of fat at the same time. Despite how thin she was, she always had stubborn fat deposits here, worse after having children.
Liposuction of her armpit fat, known as the axillary rolls, was done together with placement of breast implants as a simple outpatient procedure. Over a half cup of fat was removed from each armpit.
Follow up photos are shown one month after surgery. The fat is gone! This procedure was the perfect complement to her breast procedure.
