Before and after breast reduction and lift in a 44 year old mother. She found her breast volume grew significantly after having children and she experienced all the expected discomforts related to heavy, pendulous breasts that were also significantly asymmetric.
A breast reduction removed much of her heavy, hanging breast tissue and lifted her remaining tissue to a more youthful position. She remained proportional to her frame and found it much easier to exercise afterward, only wearing a bra when she felt like it!
Long term follow up photos are shown at 8 years after surgery. Her scars have matured and faded. Note that her lift has endured, even years after surgery, with her breast tissue sitting above the fold of her breasts!
