Before and after MACS lift in a 53 year old woman. She had the beginnings of her mother’s and grandmother’s neck, and she wanted to correct this now, rather than wait until it was even more obvious!
A MACS lift elevated her lower face and neck skin and deep tissues, called the SMAS (submusculoaponeurotic system). Liposuction was performed under the chin to remove a small amount of stubborn fat in this area.
Follow up photos are shown at 6 weeks after surgery. Her results are natural. The short incisions are healing well in front of her ears and below her side burns. She has resumed exercise and already is enjoying her results!
