Before and after breast reduction in a 54 year old woman. She previously had a lumpectomy with a scar above her left areola. She was a great candidate for a breast reduction.
Follow up photos are shown 9 months after surgery. Her scars are not yet mature. She is actively doing scar therapy. Note that her nipples were lifted so significantly that her old lumpectomy scar is gone.
Also note the position of the pigmented mole above her right nipple and areola before versus after her breast reduction, which always includes a significant breast lift!
