Before and after mastopexy in a 47 year old woman. She had drooping and deflation of her breasts after weight loss. She was a candidate for a breast augmentation and she seriously considered having implants put in, but she wanted to be natural and decided to just have a breast lift.
Together with a lift of her breasts, she wanted to have her large nipples reduced. A nipple reduction was planned at the same operation.
Follow up photos are shown six months after breast lift and nipple reduction. Her naturally dark skin is mildly hyperpigmented at the sites of her incisions. She is doing scar therapy; her scars will continue to fade over the next 6 to 12 months.
