Before and after labiaplasty in a 27 year old woman. Her hanging, extra labia minora tissue got caught against her inner thighs while running and riding a spinning bike. She always found herself “adjusting” herself “like a guy” in clothing.
A labiaplasty trimmed excess labia minora and subtly trimmed her clitoral hood skin to reduce the extra folds of “drapery”. Early follow up photos are shown just 3 weeks after surgery.
