Before and after breast revision in a 65 year old woman with previous breast cancer, bilateral mastectomies and implant reconstruction. Her left saline breast implant had deflated, creating deformity and asymmetry. Her implants were under the muscle, creating an abnormally high position of the implant.
Both implants were removed, her pectoralis major muscles were returned to the chest wall, and new smooth round silicone gel breast implants were placed. Nipples and areolas were reconstructed by medical tattoo.
Follow up photos are shown three months after surgery. She looks much more symmetric and has an improved aesthetic result.
