Before and after small breast reduction and a lift in a 57 year old woman. She had very pendulous (drooping) and heavy breasts. While she wanted to be slightly smaller in size, she wanted a major lift of her breasts so that wearing a bra was optional.
A breast reduction and major mastopexy (lift) helped to achieve her goals. Her breast tissue was rearranged to a more youthful size and shape. Follow up photos are shown at 6 months after surgery. She is actively doing scar therapy and looks forward dot her final results at one year postop.
