Before and after bilateral axillary roll (armpit fat) liposuction in a 27 year old woman. She was thin but has always had stubborn fat in her armpit regions. She avoided wearing tank tops and was self-conscious about this part of her body.
Liposuction of the axillary rolls was performed as a straightforward office procedure under local anesthesia. She took a week off work and her bruising resolved within two weeks.
Follow up photos are shown at three months after surgery. She now wears tanks and sleeveless tops without a second thought!
