Before and after breast augmentation in a 31 year old woman. She wanted fuller, voluptuous breasts, despite having a very nice starting shape.
Smooth, round silicone gel breast implants were placed in the subglandular position. Follow up images are shown at 3 weeks after surgery.
She never took a pain pill and has minimal swelling. Her incisions are healing nicely in the fold beneath her breasts. She will start scar therapy next week.
