Before and after breast reduction in a 32 year old woman. She had the usual symptoms resulting from heavy and pendulous droopy breasts. She wanted to remain proportional to the rest of her body and to be slightly smaller and lifted.
A breast reduction removed heavy breast tissue from the bottom and the sides of her breasts. Liposuction of the axillary rolls helped to de-fat the sides of her breasts and the back fat/bra roll regions.
Follow up images are shown at 6 months after surgery. Because of her genetics and skin tone, her incisions and the surrounding skin is hyperpigmented (darker colored), which will slowly fade over another 6-12 months.
