Before and after breast reduction in a 42 year old woman. Her breasts were heavy and pendulous, with enlarged nipples and areolas. A breast reduction removed much of this heavy tissue, lifted her breasts and reshaped them to a more youthful position, and reduced her areola size.
Very early follow up photos are shown at four weeks after surgery. Incisions at this stage are still considered “wounds”. In another month she will begin scar therapy.
