Before and after bilateral breast augmentation in a 37 year old woman with mildly tubular breasts. Tubular breasts tend to be small, with a wide space between them and a high breast fold, with little cleavage. She felt her breasts were too small relative to the rest of her curvy body. Her goal was to have a natural looking result that would help her feel more in proportion but without being obvious to others that she had had surgery.
Smooth round silicone gel breast implants were placed on top of the muscle, in the subglandular position. The implant created a more round shape to her formerly conical breasts and gave her the look she was going for, communicated to us via her wish pictures. The incision was hidden in the fold under her breasts. Liposuction of the axillary rolls removed a small but noticeable amount of armpit fat through a tiny incision hidden in the crease of her armpit.
Follow up photos are shown two months after surgery. Her sensation is starting to recover and she is getting used to her new breasts. She feels very happy with her decision to have surgery and she is having fun buying new lingerie!
