Before and after bilateral tubular breast correction by breast augmentation and liposuction of the axillary rolls in a 32-year-old woman with congenital breast asymmetry and tubular breasts.
Smooth round silicone gel breast implants were placed on top of the muscle, in the subglandular position. Liposuction removed excess fat from her armpits. After surgery, she took one week off work and resumed exercise at three weeks postoperatively.
Follow up photos are shown 2 years after surgery with mature scars, a very natural teardrop-shaped result and her final surgical outcome.
