Before and after bilateral breast augmentation as part of a Mommy Makeover in a 32-year-old woman. Her formerly full breasts had lost their volume after breastfeeding her three children. She had some natural droop which did not bother her.
She wanted to restore lost volume but to keep a natural breast shape. Smooth round silicone gel breast implants were placed on top of the muscle, in the subglandular position. Liposuction removed her small collection of excess axillary fat.
Follow up photos are shown 8 months after surgery. They took around three months to feel like they were “part of her”, and now she just feels like herself!
