Before and after tubular breast correction via mastopexy and liposuction of the axillary rolls in a 39-year-old woman. She wasn’t looking for her breasts to be any bigger, just reshaped to be more round and perky.
A breast lift using the auto-augmentation technique rearranged her breast and moved it up higher on her chest in a subglandular pocket, created just as for a subglandular implant. In this case, instead of putting an implant in this space, it was filled with her own breast tissue.
Liposuction removed excess fat from her armpits and bra rolls. Follow up photos are shown 5 months after surgery. Her scars are pink as expected for this stage of healing. She is applying scar gel and loving not needing to wear a bra to get a lifted, round look!
