Before and after bilateral tubular breast correction by local breast tissue rearrangement / auto-augmentation mastopexy in a 19-year-old woman. She disliked the shape and pendulous nature of her breasts but did not want to have smaller breasts, just a more aesthetic shape.

Many young women with tubular breasts and a relatively large breast volume have significant droop to their breasts, causing an appearance that is not in line with a young woman who has not had children yet.

Her tubular breast correction involved rearranging her breast tissue into a more round, perky and natural-looking shape. Liposuction removed excess fat from her armpits and bra rolls, known as the axillary rolls.

Follow up photos are shown 6 months after surgery, with scars that are maturing normally and an improved breast contour but consistent volume.
