Before and after bilateral tubular breast correction by augmentation in a 25 year old woman. She had lost weight and her tubular breasts had deflated. She always wore a padded bra and created the image in her clothes that she wanted to create with breast implants.
Smooth round silicone gel breast implants were placed on top of the muscle, in the subglandular positon. Her high inframammary folds were lowered (intraoperative details shown in the last set of images) so that her nipple and areola had a more aesthetic position on the breast. The constricted lower pole of the breast was opened up to recruit chest wall skin to create a normal bottom half of the breast.
Follow up photos are shown 3 months after surgery. Her breast has a more round shape and normal cleavage. She achieved her goals and feels very comfortable without a bra now!
