Before and after mastopexy and augmentation as part of a tubular breast correction in a 25 year old woman. Both breasts had a tubular shape, with significant asymmetry of size preoperatively. A breast augmentation on the left was performed using a smooth, round silicone gel implant in the subglandular position. A breast lift was performed on both sides to lift the nipples and achieve symmetry of breast shape and to correct droop.
Follow up images are shown at 3 years postoperatively. Better symmetry is achieved and the patient is much more comfortable with her breasts and has a positive body image!
