Before and after breast revision surgery in a 55 year old woman. She felt “top heavy” and too matronly for her small frame.
Her revision involved removal of old saline implants from beneath the muscle and a mastopexy (breast lift) of her breast tissue.
Follow up images are shown at one year after surgery. Her scars are mature and she is happy to feel “au naturale” with her own tissue, with a more perky and proportional outcome.
