Before and after bilateral breast revision in a 49 year old woman. She had old saline breast implants that had contracted, showed significant rippling and felt too big for her small, muscular frame.
Her implants were too narrow and projecting for the look she wanted. She wanted to keep implants but look more normal and natural.
Both implants were removed and scar tissue excised from around the implants (“capsulectomy”). New moderate profile, smaller volume smooth round silicone gel implants were placed on top of the muscle in the subglandular position.
Follow up photos are shown two months after surgery. She loves her results, and so do we!
