Before and after breast revision in a 47 year old woman. Her old saline breast implants had contracted which resulted in a large space between her breasts and unnatural cleavage. She also had a “double bubble” deformity in the lower pole from capsular contracture around the implants.
Her saline implants were removed, bilateral capsulectomy removed scar tissue from around the implants and created a more symmetric pocket. New smooth round silicone gel breast implants were placed to give her the result she was going for.
Follow up photos are shown at two months after surgery. She has resumed exercise without restrictions and is doing scar therapy. Her breasts have much better symmetry and the increased fullness she was going for!
