Before and after bilateral breast augmentation revision in a 64-year-old woman. She had developed Grade IV capsular contracture with pain and deformity. Her goal was to be slightly fuller than her original augmented size.
Bilateral capsulectomy and implant exchange was performed, as shown in the last image which shows an intraoperative view of her procedure. Follow up photos are shown 2 months after surgery.
