Before and after left breast reconstruction revision and nipple-areolar reconstruction in a 49-yeear-old breast cancer survivor. After a left non-nipple-sparing mastectomy and implant reconstruction, she completed chemotherapy and got her energy and strength back. She did not want any surgery on her right breast.

A left capsulectomy and implant exchange opened up the space to accommodate a larger silicone gel breast implant. A right-to-left free nipple graft reconstructed the left nipple using the “nipple sharing” technique. Medical tattoo created a new areolar circle. Her left inframammary fold was reconstructed using suture techniques.

Follow up photos are shown 2 years after surgery.
