Before and after bilateral breast implant revision in a 33-year-old woman with submuscular saline implants. She could not stand the animation deformity (more severe on her right dominant side) and the unnatural appearance of her breasts.
Her revision involved removal of the old saline implants, returning the pectoralis major muscles to the chest wall, and insertion of new smooth round silicone gel breast implants on top of the muscle, in the subglandular position.
Liposuction removed fat from her armpits and bra rolls to further enhance the aesthetic outcome of her breast revision procedure.
Follow up photos are shown 5 months after surgery. She no longer feels self-conscious at the gym when doing upper body weights, since her breasts do not flex any more when she uses her muscles!
