Before and after bilateral breast reconstruction revision in a 43-year-old breast cancer survivor. Following a bilateral mastectomy and implant reconstruction and completing chemotherapy and recovering from her breast cancer treatments, she did some soul-searching and determined that she wanted to have fuller breasts for her final reconstruction results.
A bilateral capsulectomy and implant exchange was performed to create more fullness to her breasts. Liposuction removed excess fat from her bra rolls and abdomen. Free fat grafting added fat to the upper poles of her breasts.
Follow up photos are shown 5 months after surgery. She is very satisfied with the subtle (but significant to her) reconstruction revision results.
