Before and after bilateral breast implant removal in a 42-year-old woman. Her implants had contracted and become asymmetric due to past infections and development of capsular contracture. She wanted her breasts to return to their natural state.
Bilateral explantation was performed in the office under local anesthesia. After surgery, she took a full shower in two days and resumed exercise in two weeks. Follow up photos are shown a year after surgery.
