18-year-old woman with right-sided Poland syndrome resulting in underdevelopment of the breast, with significant left-sided breast droop and asymmetry. The patient chose to make her left breast match her right side to facilitate participation in sports and a more athletic body image. A left-sided breast reduction created better symmetry with the right side, which she chose to leave alone.
