17-year-old woman with left-sided Poland syndrome resulting in underdevelopment of the breast, a smaller left nipple and areola, and breast asymmetry. Reconstruction of the left breast with a saline implant and a right-sided mastopexy (lift) achieved greater symmetry and balance.
