Before and after bilateral mastopexy and breast augmentation with liposuction of the axillary rolls in a 41-year-old woman. She had always been large-breasted and did not mind some natural hang to her breasts, but after losing some weight she missed the former fullness and round shape of her breasts.
She was offered a breast lift and/or reduction, but she wanted to be a little fuller, so she chose an implant in addition to a lift. At the same time as a Mommy Makeover, smooth round silicone gel breast implants were placed on top of the muscle, in the subglandular position. Her nipples and areolas were lifted via a lollipop incision.
Long-term follow up photos are shown 6 years after surgery, with mature, faded scars and a natural looking result.
