Before and after bilateral augmentation and mastopexy in a 24-year-old woman. She wanted her breasts to be full and larger but to still look natural.
Smooth round silicone gel breast implants were placed on top of the muscle, in the subglandular position. Her puffy nipples (a feature of mildly tubular breasts) were pushed back subtly via a second periareolar incision.
Follow up photos are shown 2 months after surgery. Her scars are fading, and she loves her full, round breasts.
