Before and after tubular breast augmentation and lift in a 41-year-old woman with congenitally tuberous breast deformity. She had relatively small breasts with a high breast fold, ptosis (droop) of the breasts and a wide space between them.
She was looking for a rounder, fuller breast and lifted nipples. A mastopexy-augmentation was planned, where a breast implant would fill out the missing breast tissue and a peri-areolar mastopexy lifted the nipples and reduced the areolar diameter.
The last set of images shows an intraoperative photo after one breast has been corrected, for comparison and a peek at the details of the procedure. The implant recruits constricted lower pole skin and creates a rounder lower pole of the breast.
Follow up photos are shown 6 months after surgery.
