Before and after bilateral breast reduction and lift in a 24-year-old woman with breast asymmetry. We all agree that – like eyebrows, breasts are “sisters, not twins” – but her asymmetry caused her bra to pull to the left side due to her larger breast.
A breast reduction was done to help her achieve improved symmetry. Both breasts were reshaped and lifted, as shown in the last set of images. Liposuction removed excess fat from her bra rolls and armpits (the axillary rolls).
Long-term follow up photos are shown 4 years after surgery. She has gained a little weight since surgery but has maintained good symmetry and a lifted and reshaped result.
