Before and after breast lift and liposuction of the axillary rolls in a 33 year old woman. She had not had children but her breasts look like they had breast fed several babies due to significant weight loss after she adopted a healthier lifestyle.
A mastopexy reshaped her breast tissue through local tissue rearrangement. Liposuction removed excess armpit fat that persisted despite significant weight loss.
Follow up photos are shown 4 months after surgery. She loves only wearing one soft sports bra while exercising and she feels very comfortable in her skin! She has started scar therapy and understands it will take a year or more for her scars to fade and areolas to wake up and constrict normally.
