Before and after bilateral mastopexy-augmentation (breast augmentation and lift) in a 34 year old woman. Her breasts had deflated after losing weight and breast feeding. She wanted to fill out her breasts again and for her nipples to not be as low.
Smooth round silicone gel breast implants were placed on top of the muscle, in the subglandular position. Her nipples were lifted by an incision all the way around the areola. This technique is called a periareolar mastopexy, Benelli mastopexy or donut mastopexy.
Follow up photos are shown 5 months after surgery. She is doing scar therapy and loves how natural her breasts look!
