Before and after mastopexy (breast lift) in a 45 year old Mom. Her breasts were formerly perky and one of her best features. Pregnancy and breast feeding “sucked the life right out of them”.
She did not want to be significantly larger or smaller breasted, just perkier without the need to wear a bra to get the look she was currently creating in clothing. She was the ideal candidate for a breast lift.
Her breast tissue was reshaped three dimensionally to create a perkier and more youthful breast shape. Her areola diameter was reduced and her nipples lifted. Liposuction of the axillary rolls removed stubborn fat from the sides of her breasts and her armpits.
Long term follow up photos are shown two years after surgery. She usually wears soft bralettes or minimal support workout tops, and never needs underwire!
