Before and after a breast lift in a 23 year old woman. She had not had children yet but her breasts were pointing to the ground! She wanted to be able to exercise more easily and to wear a dress without a majorly supportive bra.
A mastopexy reshaped her breasts and relocated breast tissue to a position higher on her chest, above the breast fold. Her nipples were elevated to a more youthful position. Her result was a perky and age appropriate shape.
Liposuction further shaped her armpit region, removing stubborn fat from this area through tiny incisions hidden in her armpit crease.
Follow up photos are shown 5 months after surgery. Her incisions are pink from amplified blood flow and somewhat darker due to increased melanin production. Over the next year they will fade to be similar to other scars on her body.
