Before and after breast lift and a small reduction in a 24 year old woman. She had not yet started a family but her heavy, pendulous breasts were interfering with her quality of life.
A breast lift reshaped her breasts to a higher positon on her chest and removed a small amount of breast tissue from the bottom and the sides of her breasts. A good connection was maintained to the nipple to best preserve the ability to breast feed in the future and regain erogenous sensation to her nipples.
Liposuction permanently removed fat from her armpit area. Early follow up photos are shown 6 weeks after surgery. Her incisions are pink and she is about ready to start scar therapy.
