Before and after mastopexy and augmentation in a 41 year old mother who experienced significant deflation of her breasts after having children, and significant “ptosis” (drooping). She wished to restore her former breast voluptuousness and lift like she had prior to pregnancy and breast feeding.
Breast augmentation using smooth, round silicone gel implants placed in the subglandular position and a breast lift were performed. Early follow up photos are shown at 6 weeks postoperatively.
There are still some mild pleats and puckers around the areola that are still settling. She is starting scar therapy; her incisions will flatten and fade over the next year.
