Before and after an augmentation and mastopexy in a 54 year old woman who was looking to have increased fullness and perkiness of her breasts which were deflated after having children and weight loss. She liked the size of her areolas and wished to have them the same diameter as before surgery.
She underwent a mastopexy (breast lift) and augmentation using smooth, round silicone gel implants placed subglandularly to add more volume and lift her nipples. Liposuction of the axillary rolls emptied out these stubborn fat deposits and further improved the appearance of her chest.
Follow up photos at 6 months postoperatively are shown with pink scars that are not yet fully mature, and perkier, fuller breasts!
