22-year-old woman with breast asymmetry, tubular breasts and moderate droop of the left side. A combined mastopexy (lift) on the left and bilateral breast augmentation with silicone gel breast implants placed above the muscle provided balance and symmetry to the breasts. As part of the procedure, both inframammary folds were lowered and a more normal footprint for each breast was created.
